One Pan Fajitas

A one pan fajita recipe is not only simple to make, but it is also a great option for those with allergies.

Ingredients

Fajita Season

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Fajitas

  • 1 lb chicken cutlets about 3-4 cutlets
  • 4 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into ½-inch thick slices
  • 1 orange bell pepper cut into ½-inch thick slices
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cut into ½-inch thick slices
  • 1 red onion cut into ½-inch thick slices
  • 15 corn tortillas

Toppings (optional)

  • 16 oz shredded cheese
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 8 oz guacamole
  • 8 oz sour cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Combine all fajita season ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the chicken with oil, then sprinkle season generously over both sides of each piece of chicken.
  • Cut chicken, bell peppers and the onion into ½-inch thick slices.
  • Evenly distribute slices on the baking sheet
  • Place baking sheet in oven
  • Cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F (about 15-17 minutes).
  • Serve wrapped in a tortilla with shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
