One Pan Fajitas

Fajita Season
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Fajitas
- 1 lb chicken cutlets about 3-4 cutlets
- 4 tbsp olive oil divided
- 1 red bell pepper cut into ½-inch thick slices
- 1 orange bell pepper cut into ½-inch thick slices
- 1 yellow bell pepper cut into ½-inch thick slices
- 1 red onion cut into ½-inch thick slices
- 15 corn tortillas
Toppings (optional)
- 16 oz shredded cheese
- 16 oz salsa
- 8 oz guacamole
- 8 oz sour cream
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Combine all fajita season ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
Drizzle the chicken with oil, then sprinkle season generously over both sides of each piece of chicken.
Cut chicken, bell peppers and the onion into ½-inch thick slices.
Evenly distribute slices on the baking sheet
Place baking sheet in oven
Cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F (about 15-17 minutes).
Serve wrapped in a tortilla with shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
