sorghum or millet flour

corn flour or masa harina

xanthan gum

eggs worth of your favorite replacer
3 T flax meal with 6T water is what we use

oil

tsp
cider vinegar

warm water
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients
Add the oil, vinegar and warm water
Mix well for 3-4 minutes.
Pour or scoop dough into a greased loaf pan and let rise. I use my warming tray on low for 30 min.
Bake in 375 degree preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
