Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 1 TBSP of Cumin
  • pinch of funnel seeds
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 can black beans
  • 1 lb Beef
  • 3 Carrots Shredded
  • 1 can corn
  • 1/2 onion diced fresh
  • 1 Can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken bullion
  • 1 clove Fresh Garlic
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 zucchini shredded
  • 1.5 bell pepper diced

Instructions

  • Combine all in slow cooker
  • cook until warmed through
