Soy-free Mayonnaise
After trying the other Mayo recipe, I did not have high hopes for this. To my surprise, it is almost an exact replica! It taste really good. I used a turkey baster to put the oil in the blender for what seemed like forever!

Cauliflower with Cheesy Polenta
This was good and it is “safe” for the whole household, although next time I will cook it longer. The cauliflower was a bit crunchy still. It was also kind of bland and needed more salt. It was good change from the boiled/steamed cauliflower that I am used to.

Melted Cheese Replacer
I was a bit skeptical as to how it was going to taste. To my surprise it is actually really good! Although I don’t know about tasting the same as cheese, because I have not had cheese in over a year and a half. Everyone seemed to like it for dinner tonight.

Beef Bouillon
Make sure to make this ahead of time~! I use 1 cube with 1 cup of water to replace beef broth.
