This simple, but very good recipe goes well with our weekly pizza. Although Jess says that these are spicy, I liked them.
2-3 Sweet potatoes
1/2 crushed chicken bouillon cube (ensure that it is soy/gluten/etc free, we make our own)
3/4 teaspoon of salt
pinch of pepper
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne
1/4 teaspoon of thyme
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Cut sweet potatoes into fry lengths. Place cut potatoes in gallon bag and add spices. Seal and close the bag, shake well. Oil cookie sheet well with olive oil and apply single layer of fries on sheet. Broil on high for 10 min. Flip/turn fries. Broil for an additional 10 min or until desired crispness.
