• Allergy to corn!!!!

    For those of you that don’t know… After our last visit to the allergist we are removing corn from our diet. Hmmmm… that brings the list to Wheat/Gluten, Oats, Cow’s milk (Dairy), Soy, Peanuts, Eggs, Cantaloupe and now Corn.

  • Beef Bouillon Cubes

    This recipe will take some forethought to use because it isn’t a quick process. It will take about an hour and fifteen minutes to make including the prep time for the ingredients and cooking.

  • Homemade Ketchup

    Well… This doesn’t quite taste like your run-of-the mill store bought ketchup, but it worked well enough for baking.

  • “Mojos” – “Fried” Potato Slices, Completely free of allergens

    Completely free of allergens, this recipe makes a good side to just about any meal. It is a bit on the spicy side for those with a weaker pallet. Ingredients: 3 Potatoes 1/2 crushed chicken bouillon cube 3/4 teaspoon of salt pinch of pepper 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne 1/4 teaspoon of thyme
