Camp Dutch Oven Jambalaya
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 14 oz smoked sausage cut into ¼-inch thick slices
- ½ large onion chopped
- 1 chopped green bell pepper
- 1 chopped red bell pepper
- ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup uncooked white rice

- 3 bay leaves
