Chocolate Frosting

Here is the recipe that we used to top the everything free cake.

Makes about 2 cups

2c         Powdered sugar
1/4c     Dairy-free/soy-free margarine (we use earth balance)
1/4c     Almond milk
3/4c     Cocoa powder
1/2tsp  vanilla

Cream the sugar and margarine until thick, add remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth.
